Blocking Penalties... New Rules
This year has been rich in "blocking penalties"... Michael in Monaco, Fernando in Monza... So the FIA has decided to change the rules... but do we really need rules if they are always changed? In Monaco, Michael stalled his car (intentionally or not?) in the Rascasse corner and Fernando had to slow down while he was on his fastest lap to qualify for the pole. After deliberations, Michael started from the stands and Fernando in pole, even if Ferrari has never agreed with that sanction... (...)
