Tire Warmer or Microwave Oven?

Last season, in Monaco, Ferrari brought a tire warmer clearly different from the other teams. When other teams discovered those tools, they asked the FIA to take measures against them as it seems not to be complying with the Championship regulation. Ferrari’s new tools were like a round wallet inside of which it was possible to put and warm a whole tire, including side walls even mounted on a rim... Actually, it looked more like a microwave oven with a high capacity of heating than a normal tire warmer as defined in the regulation. (...)
